ENERGY SAVING TECHNOLOGY
FLUORESCENT:
Our
compact fluorescent
lines of products have
successfully reduced
lighting energy costs by
up to 91%. We can do
this by reducing the
wattage required to
illuminate a light
bulb. Simply replacing
a 100W incandescent
light bulb with a 20W
light bulb will reduce
energy costs by 80%.
It’s no secret that
fluorescent technology
has and is being used in
many, if not all,
government and corporate
buildings. Our CFL
technology works in much
the same way as a
standard fluorescent
tube, but rather then
using a bulky slow
starting and
sometimes-hazardous
magnetic ballast, we use
small efficient
electronic ballasts that
fit in the base of the
light bulb itself.
Our
mandate is not only to
provide a light bulb
that fits into your
normal everyday light
bulb socket, but also to
create the right
atmosphere for the end
user. We do this by
maximizing the Colour
Rendering Index (C.R.I)
value. (A measurement
of how artificial light
sources influence the
appearance of objects.)
A CRI value of greater
then 97 ** can be
achieved with our
high-end commercial
grade full spectrum
products. The highest
CRI value is 100 and
this is generally what
you would expect an
object to appear like
under natural sunlight.
LED:
Light
Emitting Diodes (LED’s)
are bright however; use
very little power,
typically only 26mA of
current per LED. They
produce extremely low
amounts of heat, are
impact resistant and
have an average life
span of approximately
100,000 hours or 10
years of continuous use,
much longer than
conventional light
bulbs. Our research
department is already
using these bulbs in
traffic light systems
with incredible
success. LED illuminate
much faster than
incandescent or
fluorescent light bulbs
therefore making them
the right product for
critical traffic
systems.
HALOGEN:
Where
spotlights are required
we manufacture
commercial grade 5000
hour aluminum backed
MR16 running at 50W
emitting an incredible
3500Kelvin white light.
Halogens are energy
efficient as they
produce an extreme
amount of lumens while
using low wattages,
however, require more
bulbs per square meter
than would standard CFL
flood lights.
TARGET MARKET:

through lighting
resellers, electrical
supply companies and
independent distributors
alike. Through these

will be sold to property
management, commercial,
retail, residential,
industrial, governments,
and various other
