Mr. Ben Megidish | Director & CEO
A recognized entrepreneur in the IT industry, Ben has spent over 20 years building data infrastructure systems throughout Canada and the United States. During his career he has developed extensive relationships in the legal and professional communities. Ben has served in many roles throughout the years including; technical support specialist, systems analyst, programmer, trainer, business development, and management.
Ben formed Turolight to combine his passion for the environment with his entrepreneurial spirit. Ben has created structured contractual relationships with various manufactures and specialized distributors throughout the world. The synergy created by these strategic relationships continues to drive Turolight forward. His passion for innovative lighting technologies has moved Turolight into a leadership position in the delivery of the strongest energy saving lineup in the lighting industry.
Ben is proud of Turolight’s rapid growth and looks forward to redefining lighting technologies while promoting a positive impact on the environment.

Mr. Eduard Spivak | Director of Business Operations
Eddy began his career in the IT industry, specializing in Network Architecture. He has participated in Satellite and Fiber optical projects, partnering with Cisco, Nortel and Telus. Eddy brings his many years of technical experience in the data communications field and recognition as an advanced network integration specialist to his role as Director of Business Operations at Turolight.
Eddy is a graduate with High Honors in Electronics Engineering with Data Communication and also holds a degree in Computer Science.
Eddy started Turolight in 2004 with Ben Megidish.

Mr. Larry Hoffman | Executive Vice President
Larry Hoffman has served as a senior executive and subsequently shareholder and principle operating partner of various land development and construction companies for over 20 years. Larry later became a shareholder and President of Prime Bakers (a frozen food manufacturer) from 1993 to 1996. From 1996 to 2007, Larry was a partner in VLR Food Corporation.
Larry is a Chartered Accountant and has degrees in Business Administration and Economics. Larry has more than 30 years experience as an owner and manager. In 2005, Mr. Hoffman won Entrepreneur of the Year for Ontario.

Mr. Nick Sabatino | Marketing & Public Relations
Turolight is pleased to introduce our customers to Nick, the newest member of our Head Office team. Nick is extremely enthusiastic individual with a great deal of passion regarding our products. Nick brings a diverse and extensive background in marketing and distribution, having worked within various industries including entertainment, online marketing, print, distribution and telecommunications.
Nick is devoted and committed to build superior relationships and provide excellent support to Turolight’s agents and distributors. He is thrilled to be a part of the Turolight family, and looks forward to the challenges and opportunities we face in the coming future.

Mr. Henry Shen | General Manager
Turolight welcomes Henry Shen to the family. As a seasoned lighting industry veteran, Henry has served in many capacities within the industry, most notably with Phillips lighitng in China. Henry brings a great deal of knowledge and insight to the team.
Henry adds a great deal of savvy to the team. His experience, capabilities and contributions will allow Turolight to maintain it's pioneering, innovative reputation.

Mr. Dave Dalipsingh | Sales Support Manager
Dave brings more than 10 years of experience in the lighting & electrical industries to his new role with Turolight. A proven veteran of the industry, Turolight is proud to have him on our management team.
His unique blend of technical knowledge and industry relationships make him a rare resource in this fast paced industry. With the ability to source virtually any product, he will be an invaluable resource for our growing network of distribution partners.
Dave's focus at Turolight will be twofold. Implementing a streamlined Customer Service strategy to increase our level of service will be a primary focus. In conjunction with this, Dave will be expanding our product offering by adding key new items to our mix, and working with select distributors within the Ontario marketplace.
